SERVOLUX AGRO CJSC AWARDED A PLACE ON BELARUS' REPUBLICAN BOARD OF HONOUR
23 April 2025
ON 23 APRIL, PRESIDENT OF BELARUS ALEXANDER LUKASHENKO SIGNED DECREE NO. 168 "ON THE INCLUSION OF THE WINNERS OF THE COMPETITION OF THE YEAR 2024 ON THE REPUBLICAN BOARD OF HONOUR".
The Republican Board of Honour is a sign of the public recognition of the significant contribution made by the teams of various Belarusian enterprises to the country's socio-economic development and to the enhancement of its well-being. The list of the best includes advanced organisations engaged in industry, construction, agriculture, forestry, trade, education, healthcare, science, culture and other areas. Servolux Agro CJSC has become the winner among agricultural organisations, strengthening its leadership in the sector.
Part of the Servolux Group of Companies, Servolux Agro CJSC is a flagship in the area of poultry production not only in Mogilev district and across Belarus but also abroad. The holding's products are known under trademarks such as "Petrukha", "Petrukha Master", "Petrukha &Gotovo", "Alfoor", "Cabandos", "Lakomy Kray", "Mishutka", "Landers", "Cream Nuvo", "Servolux Professional". They are well-known and valued both in Belarus and beyond its borders: in Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and China.
It is well worth noting that, in February 2025, Servolux Agro CJSC was listed among the winners of the competition in the socio-economic development of Mogilev district throughout the year 2024 and included on that very district's Board of Honour. A major contributor to Belarus' national food security, Mogilev district is the only one in Mogilev region (a higher-level administrative unit) to surpass the threshold of 100 thousand tonnes of grain harvested, with an average yield of 3.17 tonnes per hectare. Moreover, the combine operators of Servolux Agro CJSC were the first in the country to harvest a thousand tonnes of grain each during the 2024 harvesting campaign.
High performance is ensured thanks to cutting-edge tech and well-organised crop rotation. For instance, alternating various crops (beet, rapeseed, maize and wheat) makes it possible to preserve soil fertility and substantially reduce dependence on chemicals. This year's priority is sugar beet, for growing which the enterprise has allocated 1,200 hectares. This crop is an ideal "predecessor" to winter and spring crops, as beet can improve soil structure and reduce the risk of diseases in the subsequent crops. The sale of beet guarantees collaboration with the sugar refinery. Apart from beet, the enterprise's plans include 1,200 hectares of spring rapeseed, 1,600 hectares of grain maize and 240 hectares of soybean.
It goes without saying that the success of sowing and harvesting campaigns would be impossible without the effort of highly experienced and dedicated professionals. What makes Servolux Agro CJSC attractive is its working conditions, salaries, social benefits as well as the implementation of cutting-edge tech. This is exactly why there are entire dynasties of workers loyal to the enterprise, why young specialists, ready to adopt new experience and build their careers, choose to work here instead of leaving their native region. A synergy between technological efficiency and a focus on the human resource brings the enterprise both sustainable development and nationwide recognition. A place on the Republican Board of Honour is not only a source of pride but also a great responsibility, which is precisely our driving force and stimulus for achieving new ambitious goals.
